This page’s purpose is to share all the details needed to settle your deposit via a local bank transfer.

Terms and Payment Advice

1. As a reminder, you may make payment by either bank transfer or credit card.

2. If you wish to pay by credit card, please do so via the “Pay now” button in your Xero invoice. Please note that payments via credit card incur a surcharge of 3.40% levied by our credit card provider; we do not mark this fee up further, it is paid directly to Airwallex.

   

3. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, there are no extra fees.

   1. We have set up accounts in multiple countries and currencies to enable cost effective local transfers.

   2. Please make your payment by transferring the converted amount in your local currency to the respective local bank account found in the list below.

   3. Please note that you will need to compute the total amount of your invoice in your local currency.

      1. To do so, we have listed, for each currency, the local price of a Perception and of a rubber strap.
      2. To make the computation easier, you may enter your order details in the blue cells of the following Google Sheet. Your total will then be displayed in the various currencies for which we support local transfers.

   4. IF your local currency is not reflected in our list, kindly make your payment in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) to the bank account in Hong Kong.

   5. Do note that the price stated in your invoice is net of any additional transfer fees.

   6. Please use your invoice number as the transfer reference.

      

   7. Once you have made the transfer, send us your invoice reference number + proof of payment at [email protected].

4. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated order confirmation from our store in 3-5 working days.

5. You will then received a follow-up email approximately 3-4 weeks before your watch is due to ship for the final 80% of payment.
